If you're after a well structured, sweet caramel sugary flavour profile this coffee's for you. It's mild acididity gathers a little momentum as it cools with delicate notes of plum & grapefruit coming through. We found by cooking these beans on the lighter side of medium it really helped develop the caramel, honeycomb like taste. This coffee works great with milk or alternative.
