Description
This course has been developed to help improve your milk texturing skills to a level where you can begin pouring basic latte art patterns. Maximum of 2 people per course. We spend half a day exploring the principles behind milk texturing and pouring techniques, with plenty of time for practising steaming milk and attempting basic latte art patterns (including hearts and rosettas). By the end of the course you will have learned techniques that will make it easier for you to start pouring basic latte art designs on your own drinks, with additional practice at work/home encouraged for consistent results.
 
Who Is This Course For?
This course is aimed at those already familiar with using an espresso machine. It is suitable for anyone who has attended our Professional Barista course who wishes to improve the presentation of their milk-based drinks. This course is also great for the home barista who wants to improve the quality and consistency of their milk steaming.
